We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Simply post the item back within 7 days and we will give you a full refund or exchange on the purchase price of your item. We always try to be extremely fair and will work with you to achieve a solution.

If there is a problem with your item, please get in touch with us at admin@auscraftwines.com.au. Please provide a brief description of the problem and a photo if applicable. We will get back to you and work with you to achieve a beneficial solution.

Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is decided upon, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 Business Days. Please also note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
